Imagine a language which brings people together.  Picture you, instilling respect into the conversation.  Imagine the potential outcome when, instead of victim/offender labels, for instance, you use compassionate words. Are you curious about what an empathic approach sounds and feels like?  Come share a morning with us and go home with some concrete tools you can carry in your everyday life.  Get a sense of, and be inspired by Dominic Barter’s model of Restorative Circles (RC).

Samy and Rita Czarny are Accredited Family Mediators [OAFM].  They enjoy co-mediating in courts, communities, Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program [OMMP], and workplaces; they facilitate Restorative Circles for families and groups distressed by conflict.  They first evolved in the realms of Restorative Justice, victim/offender and Conferencing Circles. Today, they are active in the community of Nonviolent Communication [NVC] and Restorative Circles [RC].  Their approach to conflict is inspired by NVC and Rita is immersed in the long process to become a certified NVC Trainer.
