For centuries, coffee has been an important ingredient of social life and culture in the Balkans. The expression <em>fild<\/em><em>\u017e<\/em><em>an vi\u0161ka<\/em> is a metaphor for the harmonious coexistence of the people of Bosnia regardless of their nationality or religion.
